Invoices become monthly energy and cost records, adjusted for the weather. Bring in earlier years from a spreadsheet.
Vector drawings become a model with rooms, storeys and systems. Each element says whether it was read, inferred or assumed.
Scanned documents use metered AI reading; batches over 25 files ask first. Scanned drawings are flagged as unsupported for reconstruction. Unreadable files are identified so you can review them.
Structured invoices are read as Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and each line is compared against your own á-prislista. Where anything is ambiguous the answer is silence, because a false accusation costs a supplier relationship over a number we got wrong. Only an overcharge becomes a finding.
Ask in plain language and get an answer out of your own rows. It can act, but only on the rungs the person asking has: a viewer cannot make it write. It writes the day's round, and can read it aloud.
A link on a phone for whoever does the work. No account, no app to install. They say what was done, in their own language, and it lands on the building.
A directory, requests for quotes that expire, and a trust card built from official registers. Below five other companies the card says only that, and never a job count.
What comparable buildings paid, with the anonymity checked cell by cell before anything is written. It says median var. It never says what you should pay.
The next ten years on one line per building: the statutory dates, the plans your own paper states, and the energideklaration's åtgärdsförslag priced at this building's own kronor per kilowatt hour. Sums are in today's kronor and the page says so.
Eight flows that run by themselves, each with a switch, a record of who last flipped it, and a count of what it actually did.
Every model call is metered per company in öre. It reaches the account only when there is real spend.

A scanned drawing is refused rather than reconstructed. The reader is scored against a corpus of public example sheets from SKR and seven kommuner, not against one favourite drawing.

Customer files need permission for the intended use. Public and supplier datasets follow their own licences and access agreements. Sources, changes and estimates should stay visible in the result.
A BIMR subscription does not by itself grant access to another company's records. Tell us which buildings, systems and recipients your integration needs.
